Racist groups seeking provocation before HDP rally

ERZURUM (DİHA) - Thousands of supporters of HDP were attacked by racist groups on their way to the area where a HDP rally will take place today afternoon.

Thousands of supporters of HDP (Peoples' Democratic Party) were attacked by racist groups on their way to the area where a HDP rally will take place today afternoon. The group reviled at HDP supporters and attacked with stones. The HDP supporters responded with stones and tension rose for a while.

Turkish police interfered with water canons to the racist attackers. The provocation attack by the racist mobs are ongoing as more and more HDP supporters are flowing to the square.

HDP General Co-chair Selahattin Demirtaş will participate into the rally and address to people.
